This site is the story of my life. My Dad, Bernie Segal, taught me to Fence and how to move with intention through space. Maestra Nancy Ruby of Yogamotion gave me the tools of Yoga to improve and preserve my world vision. And finally, Danny Dreyer, Founder of the ChiRunning/Walking School of Living, has brought into focus for me the relation ship of physics, movement and Chi energy.
From these primary, and a myriad of secondary masters and teachers, I have developed the methods I like to refer to as Occupational Yoga.

"Thank you for the Video. I feel as if my running has improved tremendously! Not only my form, which has lead me to run much farther these last few weeks., but I’m also enjoying it much more! Thank you so much for helping me!"

I am not a runner nor am I a speed walker! I ended up being asked to walk the Two Bear 1/2 marathon in Whitefish Montana 9/16/18. One month into training my knees started to hurt so bad I thought I will never make this marathon. But I found chi walking and Brian Segal!!!! In June I went to visit Brian in Bozeman, I spent two days with him and not only did I learn to walk correctly I learned I can run short distances as well. I started chi walking and finished the race but truly this is a win that belongs to Brian, he is an excellent teacher and in two days he took me from a person in pain to this person that not only finished the 1/2 but I did it in 3 hours and 25 minutes that is a 15:36 minute!!!! I am 64 this is my first race ever! I feel great thank you Brian!
