Occupational Yoga happens everyday, all the time. Your walking and standing habits, seated tasks, tasks that require you to pick something up then put it back down. How do you run efficiently and without pain? How do you mindfully stand up? Should you bend over to pick that piece of trash or should you squat? Everybody is different and individual modifications are critical, but the Universal Principles of Alignment, Foundation Techniques by Dr Eric Goodman, and Chi Walking/Running Principles , are my cornerstones.
